Container for separate collection of waste vegetable oil equipped with shaped base for pallet truck handling

OLIVIA®500lt free roll-bar consists of two containers, one inserted inside the other. The external container acts as a containment tank and is shaped to be easily detached and transported by forklift once full.

Manufactured from suitable and durable PEHD that can withstand weather and oil aggression, it is easy to position and move, as it has been designed and built to facilitate recovery even when full, if necessary (oil freezing, extraordinary and/or routine maintenance). It is equipped with special handles that allow easy movement using a standard pallet truck when empty or a forklift when full. The container is inspectable and can be cleaned thanks to an upper lid equipped with a snap-locking lever and a coded key lock.

The inner container, also made of PEHD, has a capacity of 495 liters and features a wide opening for waste oil collection, which is hermetically sealed with a screw cap and an appropriate sealing gasket.

The OLIVIA®500lt free roll-bar station is also equipped with a level indicator with float and a flow-reducing valve in the event of accidental tipping or overfilling.

OLIVIA free roll-bar – To be installed on roadsides and/or in strategic locations, as support for ecological islands, equipped with an integrated roll-bar that can be fastened to the ground with suitable anchors (anchors not included). This ensures resistance to even severe weather conditions or accidental impacts that might tip the container over. Includes an identification panel (100 x 40 cm) in yellow with green lettering.
